In my own life I have been tested with the fiercest storms — significant adversity marked my childhood, the sting of many traumas, the shadows of mental health struggles, and a relentless painful chronic illness that doctors deemed hopeless. With a spirit of determination to rise above, I faced each of these trials head-on with supportive people placed in my life at the right time to help me through when I was lost. Through resilience, relentless perseverance, and my own coach I have emerged a strong survivor and beacon for others navigating their own challenging journey toward healing and self-discovery and my passion is to do the same for you.
